Your order online with Katiedids Designs is 100% secure. Until the ordering process is perfected, please e-mail me with your order request and I will send you a money request via PayPal. (PayPal is easy to use and you don't need to sign up in order to pay through PayPal.)

Katiedids Designs will not sell any of your information to advertisers or any third party (because that is just not cool).

Shipping

Your order should arrive to you within three to seven days. Custom orders may take longer. Shipping costs range from $2.50 to $5.00 per package.

Guarantee

Customer satisfaction with Katiedids Designs jewelry is very important. If you are not delighted by your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund within 30 days of the shipment date.To arrange for a return, please send me an e-mail and I'll give you a shipping address.

It's suggested that you insure the return as I can't be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. When your return arrives, it will be checked and you'll be issued a refund (minus postage).

Quality

I make sure that Katiedids Designs jewelry strong enough to withstand normal wear and tear, but accidents happen. The first repair is free. Any subsequent repairs will be a minimum of $5 (more if there are beads that need to be replaced).

If a problem occurs with one of your Katiedids pieces, please contact me and I'll repair the item.
